Test your new fire lighting skills in order to cook a rustic dinner over the open fire. Sleep out with only the sound of wind in the trees. A fantastic natural experience!

The Dart estuary is the perfect venue for the coastal wild foods weekend. We use the open canoe as a means to explore this wonderfully rich environment, gathering shellfish and edible plants from the beaches. Try your hand at fishing for Bass then learn how to cook this bounty over the fire back at the bivouac site in the woods. Before turning in you can hone your wood carving or fire lighting skills. We return to civilisation the next afternoon on the incoming tide. A real taste of the wild.
